These symptoms may be a sign of type 1 diabetes? ?

Here is the list: Very Very thirsty tired to sleep and have hot water, the state of mood, especially anger begins to feel hungry, approximately 2 hours after drying, which like the lips Back / shoulder pain with malaise / dizziness (not very often) I am 14 and I'm 5'6 "and 145 pounds. I exercise 3-5 times a week. This is not my long month at the time either. My diet is quite healthy as I choose fruit in chocolate, regular diet soda etc.

Sounds like it could be diabetes. not sure what type. but if you really think your diabetes, then it must be tested to know for sure.
