diabetes morning glucose

Should I pre-(decreased glucose tolerance, diabetes)?
My 8 hours of fasting blood glucose every morning run around 103-106. I taken a tolerance test glucose 75 g and the results were 99 (pre-reference test), 179 (1 hour), 141 (2 hours) and back to 98 (at 3 hours). When my sugar drops in the 80s, I get weak, hot, nausea and ready to faint. I another appointment with my doctor next weekend when interpreting these results, but I can not bear to wait that long, so I request your Notice here, too.
Maybe. Here's what your numbers say. Your fasting laboratory has been at normal levels, but barely. If the readings on the counter at home is accurate - and remember that the meters are notoriously inaccurate home - then you are technically in the chain pre-diabetic. Spike Your one time was a little high. Not too bad. Your two hours postprandial was almost within the normal range. That's good. Not great but good. Your child of three hours of reading is good, too. This tells me that your first-phase insulin response is somewhat compromised, as indicated by your high point and your inability down to less than 140 mg / dL after two hours. (You're borderline.) First phase insulin response is when your body releases stored insulin. However, your response phase of insulin appears to be intact, which means your body does not produce enough insulin still to bring you back to normal levels within 2-3 hours. This means that you probably have some disability pass, but not at levels dangerous to yet. First phase is first used to go. The fact that you feel hypoglycemic in the 80s could mean that you run a little high most of the time. What is your A1C? The good news is that you are not diabetic. The bad news is that you could be pre-diabetic. If you are, you've caught early. You can avoid diabetes by being careful with diet, exercise and weight loss (if necessary).
