How do I get keywords and phrases on my website?

I have a website for 4 months, but no keywords seem to activate any activity. No response, so I ask "Diabetes" section in my site, my site does not arise in any What browser. Instead, you want to optimize your site for terms like "diabetes diet" "Diet plan for diabetes," "Book of diabetes," etc. These phrases are much more specific that relate directly to your product, and who have less competition. 3) You will need to create unique web pages for each keyword you want to rank well in search engine.
