I think it may have juvenile diabetes. Please help. ?

I'm 13. I went from 132 to 113 in about 4 weeks. I have some symptoms, but not all of them. My mom and dad not being treated as his joke. I have not spoken to my father. He has done and some members of my family. I have fatigue, weakness, and felt a little tingling in the wrists. I do not urinate frequently ....
