Diabetes or heart is possible? Help!?

I'm 22 and in relatively good health. When I do something of great activity (race) or try to move quickly (get a chair) I get dizzy! I went to the gym the other day and effectively hidden, he was very insensitive, and patients after only 3 minutes of Cardio Machine! I asked if he had diabetes. Should I be worried about diabetes or heart disease can be?

You could have a problem with blood pressure or dizziness or a number of other things. Go to a doctor as soon as possible and explain all the symptoms. That does not sound like diabetes, unless if you have other symptoms that can not be described.
