What do you think is my diagnosis?

So for the last two weeks I have been dizzy, dizziness, headache, I was tired and very thirsty. It has nothing to do with the heat, it will not be worse or better if fresh or if it is hot outside. No allergies because taking medication against allergies and is responsible for nasal congestion, itchy eyes and throat to me. My mother thinks it can have low blood sugar, but a few months a go I got tested for diabetes and is very good. I think I will go to the doctor if this continues for another week. Any idea what this might be? Thanks for your help and if not tell if H1N1 because not swine flu. I drank plenty of water each day and why I seem so strange. Asthma and I have under control, and an eye for the distance it has obtained recently. And I'm very active, playing basketball, soccer and lacrosse.

Has the hypoglycemia? It could be that. If you skip meals or eat regular sugar decreases the blood and causes dizziness and headache.
