My first marathon which is my pace be?

I have asthma and have been running for weight loss and fight against diabetes. I am not diabetic, however, my goal is to run four half-marathons to represent my Aboriginal people on the reservation with diabetes.

Never put a time on your first feature race. Concentrate on completing the event. Once you see where you are and if you can, you can begin to reduce the time and work more quickly.
