diabetes eyesight symptoms

Undiagnosed medical problems are doctors and baffling that someone somewhere might know. Please help?

My symptoms are peripheral neuropathy, high blood pressure, headache, severe pain and suffering, trouble swallowing, feeling that I'm drowning, dehydrated, so drinking lots of water, 24 hour urine analysis indicated pheochromocytoma. MRI is no tumor on the adrenal glands. Carpal tunnel, radial nerve injury, legs bent under me, had not been able to walk for a month, has improved, then had his hand drop, better and better after a month. Medical Tests says I'm healthy enough. No diabetes, no thyroid problem, blood tests normal. My symptoms come and go. My feet cycles turn very red and back normal. My view has gained much worse lately. My ear is worse, but a hearing test, vision was normal. Sometimes I tremble as I Parkinson. A long list of CONDITONS have been eliminated. I am having an MRI for my brain this week. What else could it be?
