I loved Januvia. But when the new version of it 'Janumet' came out, my doctor put me on this point. Janumet metformin has it. He left the food has taste differently for a few days, but after that I had no side effects and it worked much on reducing blood readings. I no side effects when I was on Januvia, either. I no longer have to take it because I followed my diet and exercise better I was doing before. The person above is correct. The pharmacist told me there are actually very few effects of Januvia and they list every thing that could happen to anyone during the studies, even if it was a broken fingernail. I took these two drugs with insulin long term. I've never had a bad drop in blood sugar. It was great to be on.
