I suffer from lupus, diabetes, hypothyroidism. How can someone sit at a table and decide if you are disabled?

I also have an imbalance growth hormone caused by that I take sterroids lupus. All tissue between the joints is damaged, I can barely walk most days, I'm on antidepressants, all my muscles hurt and because of my "education" say that you can maintain a full time job!
