How a trip to Six Flags be managed with type 1 diabetes and celiac disease?
My friend invited me to Six Flags year last. I had diabetes, but not celiac, so I'm more concerned about it. They usually have dinner inside the park, but you bring your lunch to eat outside the park. So, I'm fine for lunch but not dinner. I will not be too much of a dispute over this. They do not allow food inside the park. So what do I do? By the way, I can not eat things inside if they contain gluten. Just to be on the safe side.
That stinks ... I remember a discussion on the food inside Park a while ago, but I do not remember exactly what was said. If I remember correctly, people said they kept their car coolers, and would get their hand stamped with them so they could enter but I do not think it is fair that you have to do. I wonder if you could get a note from your doctor about your celiac disease, and then they let you bring food in. It's not like you want to bring food to be cheap.
