Is there a difference in maintenance between type 1 and type 2 diabetes?

It appears that the cookbooks that are specific to diabetes 2. Does this mean that there is a difference in the type of food that type 1 and type 2 patients should follow?

There are many differences between the diet of diabetics. We have different tolerances for certain CARB / protein / fat combo. Type 2 can vary widely. Some people can manage with a very strict diet, others may have a less strict with the tablets. Type 1 May have much less of a strict diet, learn to adjust your insulin in our carbohydrates, like a pancreas normal might work. Insulin is given either through injections or a pump. I'm type 1 since age 9. I have a very good control, and I self-medicate, as most type 1 to learn. I can eat more often, apart from the obvious, like a load of candy, 3 pizza, etc. People either 'cookbooks are usually garbage. Diabetes Type 2 can vary greatly with their medications, their food requirements. There is a "diet" that works for everyone.
