Is it bad to count calories?

My oldest son on the stage becomes so heavy that is affecting their activity and respiration. Often is encouraged and is very painful to see and hear. He is 6 years. I am currently a plan to recover its original shape I'm a woman is not heavy, in fact, I have always been thin side. For me, counting every calorie intake, and it worked very well for me. Also as part everything you need accurate and the results are surprising. I would not do this for my son in passing food to the exact size sandwiches served with fresh, abundant water and excersize have it with me for one hour per day. I think he would do well because even if they eat when hungry and his mom and my husband did not stop him. My problem is that it is wrong to do that? To count the calories hydrants, am I wrong wanting to do this? Im afraid that ends with diabetes at age 15. (Never any weight to it, we believe it is wrong to say that he is getting big.)

I agree with Justin. Contribute better to place the child in good health now than wait until it reaches a point where it is too late, as you said.
