What are some of the fundraising options to the year 2009? (From March for Life, diabetes Run ... ETC ...)?

Each month, I do something to help. As food drives, toy collections, blood drives, Run for the Cure (breast cancer), Diabetes walk. I need other ideas. If anyone has anything please let me know who really need help.
