Why do you take diet pills?
I've done a lot of research on weight loss, and have come to the understanding that there are a lot of underlying health conditions that can cause you to be unable to lose weight. I've also read a lot of studies that show these diet pills can make your problem worse actually. They mess with your thyroid, and that can have serious health problems in the long run.
They all say they only work in combination with diet and exercise, so why not just use diet and exercise alone & lose the weight slowly and safely?
Given the fact that they can be so dangerous, why do you use them? Is it that you see this as a quick and easy solution? Or do you seriously believe they're good for you?
You know what I am not going to lie. I took them and have been since I was 15 and I am now 25. I just stopped in the last year and the reason i took them was because I thought they worked. Well they did work I lost 30 pounds on each brand that I tried. But that was it and I took them for so long that it was just a daily routine. I thought it was working and the more I thought it the more it did work. But in the year now that I have not taken the pills becasue I have high blood pressure from taking them i have gained all the weight that I lost the year before. Not all the weight but soe of it and have learned that its harder to lose weight with out the pills than it was with the pills. But now I have to work harder and i feel better when I know that I have done it with out any diet pills!
But it was the thought that it was going to work and it did but it was also dangerous. But that was why I took them and a lot of people who do take them do it because it helps to curve your appitte and some give you a lot of energy and they are addicting but thats why I took them.

What should I do?
I am in a weight loss challenge and i have only 10 weeks left. I have a weigh in tomorrow. I need to know what is there that I can do to help me loose weight quickly but safely. I have been excercising and eating right. Drinking plenty of water and the whole spill. Now what can I do to drop the weight quicker. And NO. I am not using any kind of drugs. Thanks guys. Love ya!

reduce or skip dinner and just have carrot juice or non-fat milk..
exercise right..swim, dance, run and join an aerobics class.. you can eat dry fruits,vegies,skim milk. I've heared that drinking lime juice daily would make you lose weight but dont know if its true..btw, if you are on the pill stop it cuz it could make you bloat
