diabetes low sugar level

I have type 2 diabetes and take oral medications, how can I reduce sugar levels when they become too high?
Recently, I struggled to adjust my level of blood sugar and my doctor can not see me until the end of the month. I faithfully take my medicine and try to follow my diet, but I'm high. Is there something I can do to reduce my blood quickly? Is there anything I can eat or drink help?
Hi ~ Take a brisk walk decreases immediately as my BG. The more you walk, unless you go. Other exercises can also help. However, there is no "magic bullet" to bring down BG. There is absolutely no scientific evidence that any of the ingredients that fact. Instead, it is your diet and exercise (and drugs if taken), combined with her that lowers your BG. If after using a particular ingredient in BG drops, because your body is finally able to produce enough insulin to open the cells to receive Excess BG. Only time will do unless you do not produce insulin at all. BG The problem is excess is causing the high rate - it's as simple as that. And the solution is simple ... Just not easy. So what can you do for your level down periodically if it is not easy? Get good advice, encouragement and support to help you. I have a group called Defeat Diabetes naturally designed to do exactly that, and you are welcome to take a look at to see if http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/overcomingdiabetesnaturally/ which could be useful for you. From what you said, I have the impression that you are having problems with the scheme ( "I try to keep my diet"). That is very understandable. Changing habits is one of the hardest things to do for us. "Food gives us much pleasure and comfort. My group help each other to get back on track with tips and techniques for exercising and eating well have worked for us. We all make mistakes from time to time, and even take a break once special. In general it is good and we get the right again. However, increasingly active (not like the exercises in the gym in style, only the activity) and change our diet to bring it into line with what our body really needs instead of what we have to the whims, is the real down to earth solution. I would like to see them succeed. Much of my group have obtained their blood glucose to normal levels (including me in about 3 months without medication) with just food and exercise. But we all have ups and downs and we're there for them to get us out. Good luck and hang on.
